**Company**

Highly reputable Australian Retail organisation who offer a wide range or products both in the wholesale and retail markets to a wide consumer base. They have a high performing finance team and are looking for a Finance Business Partner to come in and partner with various divisions and deliver reports/provide commercial insights and strategies.

**The Role**

Reporting into the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Preparation of monthly management/ board reports
- Variance analysis and commentaries
- Preparation of annual budgets
- Preparation and distribution of daily/weekly sales flash reports and other KPI reports
- Business case development and scenario analysis
- Streamlining processes and assisting with system improvements including partnering with the BI and Technology teams
- Business partnering with other key stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Technology and Operations

**About you**:

- CA/CPA qualified with a minimum of 6 years post qualified experience
- Experience working in large corporates but also within the SME space will be held in high regard
- Experience working in Retail or Consumer Products is preferred but not essential
- Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools
- Prior exposure to working with data warehouses and knowledge of SQL based reporting will be held in high regard
- Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
- High attention to detail and have the ability to be hands on
- Be able to build effective working relationships across multiple functions
