Records Management Analyst - Parramatta - 6-month contract - $500+ super pd

This NFP organisation is currently looking for a Records Management Analyst to join their existing team. This role is a critical part of the records projects that has been running for the last 4 years. This role is based in Parramatta with WFH options. Initially a 6-month contract with strong potential to extend.

**Your new role**

As a Record management analyst, you will have vast experience across Information management, records management, and ECM systems. You will be providing BAU support as well as participating with the records project. Your main responsibility will be to oversee and manage the organisations ECM system (TechOne), however any ECM experience will be fine. You will have strong experience configuring and customising ECM software and manage user access permissions. You will make sure the ECM system is up and running, enhancement, and have strong communication skills as you will be in contact with various stakeholders (internal & external).

**What you'll need to succeed**
- At least 5 years’ experience in a records management role
- Strong Information management, records management experience
- Strong ECM system experience
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills (internal & external)
- Strong experience as a system analysis, enhancement, and day-to-day BAU activities
- Strong BAU support experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong excel experience
