Sales Analyst | Permanent Full-Time Opportunity offering a Hybrid Working Model

Exciting permanent full-time opportunity for a Sales Analyst to join a fast-growing manufacturing company located in the Western Suburbs area.

This opportunity will provide you with on-the-job training, development, and continuous support to grow your analyst skills. You will be working alongside national leadership and will have the opportunity to expand your job duties gradually over time.

**The Duties**:

- Assist business growth through the use of sales data
- Monitoring of sales trends and KPIS
- Proactive product category and segment sales analysis
- Building of trendline data across branches and categories
- Hosting monthly insight sessions with Divisional and Site Leaders
- Working with IT to design specialized KPI reports to drive business improvement
- Some travel to work sites across Australia as required

**Your Profile**:

- Comfortable with Internal & External Stakeholder Management
- Proficient with Salesforce & Excel
- Willing to learn about the inner workings of the business
- Highly motivated and growth oriented
- Resilient and takes initiative
