NSW Govt Org with major projects underway require an experienced Financial Analyst to join their team.

**Your new company**
Responsible for a range of complex sustainability projects, this government agency is seeking an experienced Financial Analyst for a 6 month contract with a strong option to extend.

**Your new role
- **Working closely with senior finance leaders, key duties will include**:

- **Support budget management through financial analysis, modelling and risk analysis**
***:

- **Managing and improving integrity of large data sets**
***:

- **Financial reporting and budget variance analysis**
***:

- **Identifying process and systems improvements**
***:

- **Cashflow modelling and forecasting**
***:

- **Providing insights and recommendations for business decision processes**

***

**What you'll need to succeed**

***
- **Previous experience in a financial analyst or business partner role within government or large commercial organisations would be ideal**
***:

- **Strong modelling and systems improvement experience**
***:

- **Project analysis**
***:

- **Cashflow and budget management - identifying discrepancies and trends**
***:

- **SAP, TM1 or other larger ERP, Advanced Excel and OLAP tools**

***
