- **About the opportunity**:_
- Our team members are passionate about customer service and relationship building. Whilst working in a fast-paced environment and delivering a client focused approach, you will be managing relationships with multiple stakeholders, and providing support to our therapists to deliver high quality outcomes for our clients. _
- **Your role as an Administrator at KEO, includes the following**:_
- _Facilitate the daily administrative activities for the group with a client centric approach_
- _Manage client relationships, referrals, bookings, client data and client queries._
- _Set clear priorities and focus on the completion of tasks, in a timely manner_
- _Perform office management/PA duties as required such as managing reception duties, organising team events, and providing 1:1 administrative support to the leadership team._
- _Assist with business development and marketing activities_
- _Be passionate about supporting people in the community_
- **We are particularly looking for**:_
- _Previous experience working in administration with customer service and relationship management skills_
- _Previous experience working within the Disability sector (NDIS) is desirable but not essential_
- _Experience with scheduling, rostering, and calendar management_
- _Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)_
- _Ability to understand data and produce reports_
- _High attention to detail_

- _Take personal responsibility for participant satisfaction by consistently meeting or exceeding customer needs and expectations_

Pay: $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Public holidays

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Elsternwick VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
