We are looking for an experienced Administrator to join our Bayside team. The right applicant will be able to handle general administrative tasks, payroll, accounts receivable and accounts payable.

You will join us and be focused on Making Lives Better by supporting the Director, the Clients and Care team through efficient, accurate and timely payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Fortnight Payroll
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge and applicable of changes in the SCHADS and Nurses awards
- Ability to prioritise a high volume of demands
- Represent the Nurse Next Door brand and provide exceptional communication with clients and careteam over the phone and in all written communication. and education for prospective clients and their families over the phone

**Job Requirement**

**Skills and experience**
- Excellent knowledge, experience and skills in MYOB
- Excellent skills, knowledge and skills in AlayaCare (or ability to learn these on the job)
- Interpersonal skills through active listening and compassion to the caller
- Strong computer skills,
- Solution-oriented individual
- Self-led leader with a commitment to goal setting and being coachable
- Customer service experience in health, hospitality, and retail industry an asset

**Hours**:

- 20hrs a week,
- 09:00-14:00 (Start and Finish times are negotiable, based on demand)
- Part Time

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $28.69 - $34.35 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
