Exciting Opportunity for experienced Site Administrators

**Your new company**

Hays have partnered with some of Western Australia’s leading Mining and Facilities Management companies, and we are seeking experienced FIFO Site Administrators to join our Casual Pools.

Please note this is a Casual role and will entail working at a variety of different sites flying out from Perth WA.

As this is a casual pool only - ongoing work is not guaranteed.

**Your new role**
- Welcoming and assisting all residents and visitors with site access and room keys
- Managing the front reception desk and retail kiosk as required
- Coordinating flights and accommodation for employees, contractors and labour hire
- Data Entry and compiling reports for various stakeholders
- Logging and assisting with maintenance requests
- Preparing daily housekeeping runs

**What you'll need to succeed**
- FIFO Site Administration experience on camp or mine site
- Advanced computer skills and proficient in all Microsoft Office Suites
- Experience using INX or a similar accommodation management system
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Reside in WA and able to fly out from Perth Airport
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and regular drug and alcohol screening
- Obtain a national police clearance
