**About the business and the role**
We are a leading Bakery Ingredients and Packaging Distributor on the Eastern Suburb for the last 15 years. We have a strong spirit of nurturing, coaching and support in the organization and members on the team treat each other like close friends. We believe in Customer First concept. We are looking for an admin and accounts clerk to join our supportive and positive team.
**Job tasks and responsibilities**
**Position Description**:
- Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team's objectives;
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date;
- Accounts Receivable;
- Data Entry and Invoice Processing;
- Banking,
- Payment Allocations,
- Bank Reconciliations;
- Other ad-hoc related task as required.
**Skills and experience**
- 1 year in similar job experience will be an advantage though not necessary;
- Proficient in Excel and MYOB. (On the Job Training for MYOB will be provided for those who are not MYOB proficient);
- Proficient in spoken Mandarin / Cantonese a requirement due to our clientele profile;
- Effective Time Management and Organizational skills;
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 18 per week
