**About the role at ubank**

Support the development, execution and performance of customer lifecycle journeys, including:

- Curate an engaging product lifecycle communication calendar
- Collaborate seamlessly with the squad to plan and execute impactful campaigns
- Construct seamless customer journeys using marketing and CRM platforms alongside Growth Managers
- Enhance customer engagement and conversion rates by constantly optimizing home lending and everyday banking experiences
- Foster innovation and advocate for innovative features that inspire customer account usage
- Experiment and ideate with creative mediums and customer journeys to drive growth
- Champion the customer by defining target audiences and segments for banking and lending products
- Employ an agile framework to effectively manage acquisition activities.

**Responsibilities**
- Data Analysis and Reporting - Analyze data to discover and communicate insights, and offer concrete recommendations for key stakeholders to make critical decisions

- Execution and Project Management - Plan and deliver project plans by managing people, resources, budget, and timelines, to support the organization’s goals
