**THE ROLE**

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team of coordinators and become part of our growing business. The role is varied and fast-paced and includes fielding customer calls and liaising with field technicians, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure a prompt, efficient response to HVAC breakdowns and maintenance contracts. Choose from a Marrickville or Warriewood location with the possibility to work from home after the probation period.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Responding to customer queries
- Coordination and scheduling of maintenance and service repairs.
- Daily completion of service reports and technician's time allocation ready for invoicing.
- Raising WO/POs for parts and services where required

**ESSENTIAL CRITERIA**
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an administration role. This role would suit someone who has worked in a trades environment such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or similar.
- Enjoy a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Microsoft Outlook basic skills

**DESIRABLE**
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Service management systems training, simPRO and/or Salesforce desirable

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
