**Role Overview**
Amidst an exciting expansion phase, we're seeking a dynamic Project Coordinator to join our energetic BOO team at our Marrickville (SYD) hub. Take on this essential role to support our account management team, ensuring exceptional customer service for both prospective and current clients.
This role offers great variety - you'll oversee installations, removals, and activations with our Australian and New Zealand installation team and contractors. Our business handles a range of tasks, including Retail Installations, Visual Merchandising, Maintenance, Signage Installations, Removals, and Trade Show activations, all of which require project coordination and management.
You will also be responsible for compiling briefs and budgets from our account management team and clients, scheduling with our nationwide installation team, and providing timely reports. The Project Coordinator will manage bookings and arrange for our service technicians to attend in a schedule that meets our clients' needs.
We are open to a hybrid work model, that contains work from home & on-site after 3 months or proven success within the job role & BOO’s cultural values.
**About the Role**
We're on the lookout for an individual with a background in one of the following; administration, project management, retail and client service combined with a keen interest in the world of retail marketing & activations. As our newest project coordinator, you'll become an integral part of our lively team - positioned right on the frontline of our operations. Your primary mission? To flawlessly communicate and activate our client requirements, all while lending a hand in administrative tasks and providing clear briefs, budgeets & instructions to the installation team.

**The Roles Duties**
Your day will be a dynamic blend of communication and collaboration, involving interactions with clients, colleagues, and our installation team. You'll take charge of coordinating project installation and delivery, orchestrating seamless scheduling and logistics with our warehouse team to ensure everything runs like clockwork. You'll be a dependable pillar of support for our account managers, and your presence will be valued in meetings where your insights are required. You will be providing admin assisting with the preparation of quotes, tender documents and purchase orders, invoicing and progress service calls, along with general admin and data entry duties.

- Prior experience in an office setting, and adeptness in handling projects involving internal and external stakeholders and brands is a BONUS - these skills will shine.
- Computer literacy and learning is a must, working on the cloud CRM Software & Google Docs & Sheets - similar to Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.
- An eloquent communicator with meticulous attention to detail - your words matter.
- An avid interest in the world of retail marketing, relationships & people management
