About the Role

As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you'll bridge our sales and marketing teams to boost brand visibility, enhance customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. Your expert coordination will facilitate seamless interdepartmental communication, elevate our marketing campaigns, and empower our sales team to deliver outstanding customer service. This role offers the perfect opportunity to develop your skills across multiple business functions while making a meaningful impact on our brand's success.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate cross-functionally to prepare marketing materials, design briefs, and copy that align with brand guidelines and tone
• Coordinate event logistics, including national tradeshows ensuring optimal inventory, materials, and processes
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders (such as retailers and distributors) for co-operative marketing initiatives
• Develop and refine internal and external communications, including email marketing and newsletters
• Schedule, coordinate and monitor social media channels, and analyse campaign results
• Coordinate the production and distribution of sales support materials for relevant customers
• Coordinate periodic business reports for multiple departments

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Digital marketing experience, particularly in social media management
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, CRM systems, Mailchimp and Canva
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated team player who excels in fast-paced environments
