Luster is on the look-out for a mid-level Paid Search Specialist.

You'll be managing and optimising Google Ads, diving into keywords, ad copy, data, and conversions to make campaigns hum. You'll also get stuck into performance reporting and work alongside our Head of Performance to make sure campaigns don't live in silos.

You miiiiight be right for the role if you can't help but identify with more than a few of these:

  • You've split-tested more ad copy than you've written essays.
  • You know the difference between broad match, phrase match, and "why did Google spend my entire budget overnight?"
  • You're still kinda angry that Exact Match just isn't.
  • You've turned a messy Google Ads account into something a client can actually understand.
  • You've sent a weekly report that a client actually
    read

(and even replied to).
- You've caught yourself saying "technically, that's a view-through conversion…" out loud.
- You secretly enjoy a keyword planner session.
- You spot broken tags because the data simply
feels

wrong
- You get a small hit of dopamine when performance jumps after your last round of tweaks.
- You've proudly ignored half of Google's "recommendations."
- You know when an account restructure is the answer, not another layer of bid adjustments.
- You've had strong feelings about Performance Max (one way or the other).
- You know that sometimes the best optimisation is just turning something off.
- You know the exact difference between Target CPA and Max Conversions and why it matters.
- You've convinced someone that ad extensions are not "optional."
- You've spent more time in GA4 than you'd care to admit.

While this is a role focused on Paid Search, the thing about Luster is that we're proudly generalists. So, bonus points if you're the type of operator who sees an opportunity to add value in paid social, creative, SEO, analytics, or whatever you stumble upon, and runs with it.
