We are looking for a Change Analyst who will be responsible for identifying and escalating change issues and risks and reporting these to the relevant project and program team to ensure effective stakeholder engagement and proactive issue resolution. This role is a **contract opportunity** for our Brisbane-based client.

You will be working alongside the Business Engagement and Readiness Team, and reporting to the stream Lead Change Manager.

**To be successful in this role you must have the following**:

- Strong experience in delivering detailed change impact assessments, stakeholder management, and recommending a range of change intervention options.
- Government or large complex organisations experience is desirable
- Experience in extracting and analyzing data
- Demonstrated knowledge of tools, techniques, and methodologies to deliver change management practices.
- Excellent presentation, written, and communication skills
