Our client is a well known Financial Services organisation based here in Brisbane and with a mandate for continued future growth, they are seeking an experienced Change Analyst to join their established team.

**About the role**:

- Manage and drive the change impact assessments relating to the Technology Stream (Change Blueprint), for Bank, Insurance and Group, to inform the Program Change & Engagement Plan.
- Assist with the development of actionable and targeted change. management plans - including communication planning and change tactic development.
- Support the execution of plans by impacted audiences.
- Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.
- Work across the Technology stream to integrate change management impacts and activities into the overall project plan.
- Work with change stakeholders to support project implementation as directed by Change & Engagement Managers and the broader Bank Transition Program.
- Support the change governance process to ensure appropriate oversight and management change management delivery.
- Support and inform the development of communication activities.
- Support business readiness plan development and execution to enable bank separation.
- Formal Project or Change Management related certification.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business or related field.
- Minimum 3-year project experience, with particular focus on change, process design and business analysis.
- Experience in working in Technology heavy programs and or functions, with broad understanding across key components of corporate technology (e.g Infrastructure, Cyber, Data, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years Financial Services experience.
- Exposure to large scale transformational programs.
- Understanding of Suncorp Insurance, Group & Technology (either all or partly).
