**About the role**

As a Change Analyst, you will develop strategic change approaches, in consultation with leaders, to deliver end-to-end changes with a focus on customer experience. The role is also responsible for continuously uplifting our change capability across the Transformation senior leadership and division more broadly through coaching, training, and engagement.

We have multiple roles available as a 12-month max-term/ secondment opportunity.

We are **flexible** with location provided you can attend our Brisbane office once a week.

**About you**

- Demonstrated successful change management experience.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrated experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholder groups.
- Knowledge and understanding of project management and software development lifecycles
