We are partnered with two amazing clients that are now looking to hire due to continued growth, located in the Inner Suburbs of Melbourne.

**The Opportunities**

**Corporate Affairs Manager - $90,000 + Super**

This is an amazing opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Affairs Manager to join a highly reputable and growing mid-tier accounting firm.

Your duties will include:

- Corporate Secretarial Services including liaison with ASIC, preparation of Annual Company Returns,
- Liaison with external Corporate Secretarial providers for ordering of Companies, Trusts and Self-Managed Super Funds
- Maintaining and updating registers
- Attending to ATO lodgements & registrations
- Meeting with clients to have required documents signed
- Appointment scheduling of client meetings
- Incoming and outgoing mail
- Banking
- Invoicing/Debtors management
- Various administrative tasks

**Corporate Secretary - $80,000 + Super**

This exciting Corporate Secretary role is to work for a very well established accounting firm that love what they do. They offer a vibrant and fresh team focussed environment that is great to work in. You will be working alongside inspiring partners

Your duties will include:

- ASIC compliance
- working directly with the partners of the firm and working with their clients to handle matters
- ATO compliance
- liaising with external Corporate Secretarial providers for ordering of Companies, Trusts, and Self-Managed Super Funds
- Debtor management
- Diary management of the partners
