**The role**:
Symal Group is rapidly growing, and this is your chance to help shape how we’re building better together. As our first Corporate Affairs Specialist, you’ll work closely with our executive leaders to guide external communications and community engagement from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build the function, influence big decisions and make a visible impact from day one.

**Your impact**:
In this newly created role, you’ll ensure our story and the momentum behind it are amplified with clarity, purpose and impact. Working alongside our talented marketing and communications team, you’ll help elevate our presence, strengthen our reputation and support our continued growth across the country.

**Your everyday**:

- Develop and execute an external corporate communication strategy aligned with company goals
- Write and distribute press releases for news, events and ASX announcements
- Develop innovative, investor-focused marketing campaigns and materials
- Manage end-to-end delivery of annual and half-year reporting campaigns and regular investor communications
- Support the creation, management and administration of national sponsorships and partnerships across the Symal Group

**Who are you?**
- You hold a degree in Communications or a related field
- More than 5 years in corporate affairs, communications, PR, journalism or similar
- Experience in a similar role, within an ASX-listed company, financial institution or government
- Proven skills in corporate communications, investor relations and project management
- Proactive, flexible and comfortable delivering in a fast-paced environment
