Head of Corporate Affairs

**Strategic Communications & Media Relations**
- Develop and execute proactive PR campaigns to enhance CTG's reputation as a market innovator and trusted financial services provider
- Develop and execute comprehensive media strategy targeting tier-1 publications (AFR, The Australian, Bloomberg)
- Create compelling narratives around CTG's blockchain innovation and financial inclusion mission
- Manage executive communications and thought leadership program
- Lead crisis communications planning and response, ensuring robust frameworks for managing reputational risks and market-sensitive issues
**Regulatory & Industry Engagement**
- Lead engagement with Treasury, APRA, and ASIC, including participation in regulatory roundtables
- Represent CTG at high-level industry forums and panel discussions
- Build strategic relationships with key regulatory stakeholders
- Provide strategic counsel on regulatory communications
**Corporate Brand & Event Management**
- Drive CTG's corporate brand strategy and positioning
- Oversee participation in major industry events and conferences
- Manage executive speaking opportunities and appearances
- Coordinate corporate events and stakeholder functions
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience in corporate affairs/communications, preferably in financial services, cryptocurrency, or emerging technologies
- Extensive network of media contacts, particularly within the Australian financial press
- Strong understanding of the financial services regulatory environment
- Proven track record of placing stories in top-tier media outlets
- Experience managing regulatory stakeholder relationships
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strategic thinking and executive presence
