**Job Summary**:
The Administrative assistant will be responsible for assisting the Company and specifically the Director across the Strategy Admissions and Marketing Divisions in Australia and Spanish speaking countries, with a core focus on maximising sales, fostering the Company’s growth and strategic plan to enter the global market.

Should be a **Spanish speaker.**

**Main Responsibilities**:

- Undertake duties in accordance with the philosophy, business practices and policies of the Company in a culturally safe and sensitive manner;
- Assist Students from Spanish speaking backgrounds bu providing them course advise and enrolment in different education provider accross Australia.

Responsibilities _Sales & Marketing_
- Provide detailed information about our services, maintain records of client details and questions, and schedule consultations.
- Provide input on marketing activities to promote the Company’s brand and services and work with the Marketing Coordinator to coordinate the advertisements on community newspapers and websites; and
- Increase Sales and work in a team to build the company reputation and network in Australia within Spanish speaking international students and also back home in Spanish speaking countries.
- Administration_
- Send clients relevant forms and a list of required documents.
- Ensure timely collection of documents and information.
- Manage quotes, invoices, and receipts, keeping detailed financial records and following up on outstanding payments.
- Utilize software and databases shared by our Australian offices for record-keeping.
- Maintain accurate daily records of tasks.
- Maintaining and managing the administration needs of our marketing strategies
- Priorities conflicting needs, handle matters expeditiously, proactively manage projects to successful completion and by the prescribed deadline (as applicable);
**You’ll be great in this role if you have**:

- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, demonstrating a high attention to detail.
- Prior experience working within a fast-paced environment with constant change.
- Established experience building relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong proficient MS office skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- A very proactive nature, you will look for things to do and you will make suggestions to improve processes. You will plan calendars in advanced.
- Completed bachelor’s degree in management or marketing.
- Prior experience in education agency.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
