**About the roles**:
An exciting opportunity exists within various geographic Divisions of Northwest Metro Region. We have several ongoing, full time and part time positions available in Divisions 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Full time vacancies:
- One (1) position in Division 2, with initial duties at Footscray Police Station
- One (1) position in Division 4, with initial duties at Moonee Ponds Police Station
- One (1) position in Division 4, with initial duties at Merri-Bek Criminal Investigation Unit
- One (1) position in Division 5, with initial duties at Darebin Criminal Investigation Unit
Part time vacancies:
- One (1) position in Division 3, with initial duties at Sunshine Police Station - 38 hours per fortnight
- One (1) position in Division 4, with initial duties at Craigieburn Police Station - 45.6 hours per fortnight
- One (1) position in Division 4, with initial duties at Fawkner Police Station - 60.8 hours per fortnight

As the successful applicant, you will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support services to members at various locations.
**Your duties will include**:
- Undertake a range of administrative functions including the maintenance and management of various records and registers (manual and computerised) within a Region/Department/Command.
- Administer and be accountable for the Station and Command lost and confiscated property office.
- Provide general office support duties.
- Maintaining accountable documents including data entry, typing and word processing.
- Prepare routine correspondence on a range of administrative matters and attend to follow-up procedures.
- Attend to telephone and counter enquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
**As the**successful applicant, you will have**:
- Experience in working with computers and various programs to perform a arrange of administrative tasks.
- Ability to accurately maintain systematic and administrative records whilst meeting strict deadlines with a high attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to work successfully within a team environment and work independently.
- Display initiative and proactive work practices.
- Good communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of clients both orally and in writing.

Sunshine Police Station, 497 Ballarat Rd, Sunshine VIC 3020
Craigieburn Police Station, 155-165 Craigieburn Rd West, Craigieburn VIC 3064
Fawkner Police Station, 1151 Sydney Rd, Hadfield VIC 3046
**While these positions will have a nominated usual place of work, the successful applicant may be required to undertake duties at other Police Stations at times, within their respective divisions (please refer to NWM Full Map), in accordance with the provisions of the relevant Victorian Public Service Agreement.**
