**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are on the lookout for a L&D Specialist to join our small Learning Success Team In this role you will be accountable for ownership and delivery for programs of work that align to initiatives associated with learning and development in the Oceania region. You will partner with business leaders and HR to provide the interface between the business and L&D.

Through consultation with stakeholders, you will understand and quantify L&D requirements to effectively curate and direct towards the global solutions available or needed find off-the-shelf solutions provided by the local vendors. This is a true business partnering role and your communication skills and ability to foster and develop relationships is key to your success.

The Learning Success team works closely with Capability Development Managers and the Learning Solutions team to ensure the proposed solutions provide efficient, high quality learning experiences.

This role reports into our Talent Manager based in Australia.

This role is in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Canberra based and can be worked remotely or hybrid style.

To be successful we are looking for someone with: 
- Ideally 3+ years work experience in a similar role within a large complex organisation or global.
- Professionally qualified or working towards accreditation or comparable HR experience, tertiary qualifications in adult learning or equivalent
- Proven track record of success in designing and delivering Talent/organisational change projects in a complex professional environment
- Understanding and/or exposure to psychometric tools used for the talent assessment
- Good written and oral communication.
- Strong concern for efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail
- Good presentation and facilitation skills.
- Learning agility
- Experience in working with people with a range of experiences and backgrounds
- Have an understanding of business requirements, able to build credible relationships with people leaders and HR Business Partners
