- 12-Month Fixed Term Contract - Sydney or Melbourne Based
- $105,000 Base + Superannuation

I'm partnering with a well-known global brand as the organisation goes through a revamp and refresh of its Learning function. In a newly created role as the Learning Designer, you'll be reporting to a down-to-earth and inspiring Training Manager to build and create Learning content in line with the strategic agenda.

I'm seeking an innovative and creative individual who is seeking a hands-on role where you can see your ideas and work come to fruition. To excel in this role you will need;
- 1-2+ years experience in an L&D Specialist capacity
- Exposure to writing, editing and creating a broad range of digital content from learning guides, how-to's, videos, posters as well as process mapping
- Experience working with an LMS (SAP will be highly regarded) as well as knowledge of other software programs including Canva, Camtasia & AI

This role could be based in Sydney or Melbourne with occasional interstate travel to build strong trusted relationships with your stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative team where you'll be involved in positive change and be able to make an impact across the organisation.
