Based in the heart of the CBD, this Superannuation heavy weight are experiencing a period of expansion and transformation due to several acquisitions. Superannuation is such a hot space to be working in right now

We're looking for an experienced L&D Consultant, to join this market leading Superannuation provider. Offering flexible, hybrid working arrangements (60% of your time in the office), you will join a team of high performers on a permanent basis.

The L&D role will focus on delivering the learning and development, as well as the design, implementation and embedding of employee L&D programs/projects across this exceptional business.

As L & D Consultant, your key deliverables will include;
- Consultation and guidance to business stakeholders on their learning strategies and approaches
- Providing advice on bespoke L&D solutions
- Leading business wide learning projects that enable and support the people strategy
- Ensuring learning programs and relevant activities are recorded in HRIS - measured for success and effectiveness
- Building and enhancing the positive brand of OD and HR across the organisation
- Collaborate with the L&D Manager and HR colleagues to conduct effective learning needs analysis to inform the design and implementation of contemporary learning strategies and blended learning programs

To be considered, it's ideal that you have the following;
- Strong design and facilitation skills, and an understanding of contemporary L&D practices (f2f, virtual and digital)
- Proven track record of problem solving
- Proven experience managing the full learning lifecycle from training needs analysis, course development, implementation & delivery, evaluation and continuous improvement
- Strong relationship building skills across all levels
- Strong consulting skills and experience with senior stakeholders
- Excellent reasoning, listening and decision-making skills
- Good knowledge & embedding of contemporary L&D practices for an engaged employee experience across the employee lifecycle
- Experience driving change in a dynamic organisation
- Strong business focus and acumen
- High level attention to detail
