A global software company is actively recruiting a Technical L&D Manager for a challenging permanent role. Based out of Melbourne, this supportive employer offers a highly flexible environment. Offering exposure and career growth this challenging role demands an experienced L&D Manager who can consult with senior stakeholders within the business to develop a comprehensive learning and development program. Establishing the strategy and framework this is a great opportunity to take ownership of a large program of work.
**Key Responsibilities will include**:
- Organise suitable learning solutions and ensure business workflows and processes are translated and incorporated into learning material.
- Create, organise, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, skills learning, and competency assessments for employees
- Design, develop, and facilitate unique learning programs to fulfill staff and customer specific needs.
- Create learning procedure manuals, guides, and course materials.
- Design and deliver learning and development using various forms including e-learning courses, workshops, and simulations.
**To be considered for this position essential requirements include**:
- 5 + years demonstrated experience as a Learning and Development Specialist or similar.
- 3+ years of experience designing, implementing, and facilitating learning and development programs.
- Degree in Human Resource Management or L&D vocational certification.
- Demonstrated understanding and implementation of effective learning and development methods, instructional design, eLearning and competency assessment.
