Labourforce Group is an Australian-owned and operated recruitment organization that has been in operation since 1998. With offices located throughout Australia and New Zealand, we are committed to providing quality staff and services to clients both locally and internationally with a specific focus on the Transport & Logistics, Warehousing & Manufacturing industries.

Labourforce Group is currently seeking an Onsite Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Cloverdale.

**Your role will include**:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stake holders.
- Management of contract employees - managing rosters, leave requests and performance KPI's
- Strong focus on Work Health Safety (WHS)
- Dedicated onsite position allowing you to have direct contact with your client and Labourforce associates.
- conducting toolbox talks with contractors daily / weekly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Building and developing client relationship
- Recruitment & selection across Temp & Perm roles
- Completion of own general administrative duties.

**Successful applicants must possess**:

- ability to work autonomously and within a national team
- friendly and outgoing nature
- Experience within a similar position highly desirable but not essential as training and coaching will be provided
- Strong understanding on WHS policies and procedures
- Previous experience within a similar role highly desirable
- a can do attitude and be self motivated
- ability to prioritize and multitask
- ability to think outside the square to solve a challenge,
- strong customer relationship & management skills
- flexibility with start and finish times would be desirable as no day is ever the same.
