An exciting permanent Member Services Consultant position in their Contact Centre team looking to start ASAP
**Your new company**
Our financial services related organisation located in the CBD currently require 3 x permanent Member Service Consultants to work in their contact centre teams.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Team Leader you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Provide efficient and effective query resolution for members.
- Achievement of all Key Performance Indicators and internal Service Level agreements
- Participate in formal and informal team-based training
- Demonstrate willingness to increase your superannuation knowledge including funds and administration functions.
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required.

**What you'll need to succeed***
- Computer literate and strong keyboard skills (Excel, Word)
- Previous experience in a Contact Centre or a similar role specialising in complex products/services
- Proven track record of delivering results/KPIs i.e. average handle time, quality, adherence, referrals, cross-selling
- Demonstrates professionalism and a strong customer service ethic
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills and a pleasant phone manner
- A genuine passion for customer service
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain set target levels
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Experience working in a successful team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Working hours will range between Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 5.30pm on a roster arrangement.

**What you'll get in return***

- Once up and running in the position (approx. 3-6 months) you can Work from Home for 1 day per week.
- $50,000 to $55,000 + super

- After the initial 6 months period you will receive additional study support for an industry related certificate to assist with providing general member advise.
