**About the role**

You will have a shared portfolio of clients with duties including.
- Client service a priority
- Reconciliation of bank accounts and credit cards
- Payroll and superannuation processing
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Preparation of BAS & IAS
- Month and year end reconciliation
- Management reports
- Trust account reconciliation

**About you**
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with a bookkeeping or accounting practise
- Diploma / Tertiary Accounting Qualifications or equivalent
- Proficient (advance) Skills in Xero and MYOB AR
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and other team members.
- Proficient skills in ServiceM8 a bonus
- Motivated and focused with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks in a highly organised and methodical manner,
- Task and time management skills a must
