**About the role**

The Wellness, Health and Safety (WHS) Advisor's key purpose is to contribute to and enhance Navitas’ commitment to promoting wellness and ensuring the health and safety for everyone who works, learns or visits with us. They will support the development and implementation of WHS programs across the Careers & Industry division in Australia and New Zealand, and support the WHS reporting of the division globally.

**The person we seek will ideally have the following**:

- Tertiary Health & Safety or Allied Health Professional qualifications.
- WHS Advisor experience with the ability to work independently and identify opportunities to drive positive outcomes.
- Experience in WHS disciplines, e.g. wellness, incident investigation, risk management, training, workers compensation/injury management, with knowledge of WHS practices, standards and statutory requirements.
- Experience providing return to work coordination and rehabilitation case management to injured workers.
- Ability to tailor and implement WHS programmes and initiatives within a geographically disperse organisation.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Exceptional customer focus and commitment, balanced with owning and driving the WHS agenda.
- Maintain strong working relationships with external parties, including Regulators and Industry bodies.
- Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, able to build credible, trusting and respectful relationships with all levels of employees.
- Strong problem solving and planning skills. High outcome orientation and drive as well as thorough understanding of business execution needs.
- Experience in data management, with creation of dashboards to communicate WHS performance metrics to key stakeholders, such as with PowerBI.
- Strong written communication and administration skills.
