**Recognised for its expertise in representing financiers, owners, developers, government and major contractors in building and construction disputes, this leading practice has consistently ranked in the top of league tables for their work in both front and back end construction matters.**

Due to increased demand for their services, they are seeking an experience Associate-level lawyer to join their team.
- Litigation;
- Arbitration;
- Contract interpretation and advice work; and
- Strategic planning (at the contract drafting stage and at the dispute stage).

You will also act for insurers and consultants in dealing with professional negligence claims against engineers and other construction professionals.

**This highly sought after role requires**:

- 3-5 years post qualification experience gained within a top or mid-tier Australian law firm;
- Expertise in drafting documents (including, pleadings, witness statements, affidavits, submissions, complaints and agreements);
- Sound academic record (distinction average);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Developed client management skills; and
- A 'can do' attitude.
