Position: “Grooming Co-ordinator” is a client facing role working as the main admin point of contact for clients and grooming staff in daily salon operations. Casual position: Flexible hours but ideally Monday - Friday, approx. 9am-2pm. No grooming experience is required for this admin/co-ordinator/customer service based role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Client Relations: Conduct consultations, handle inquiries, and manage scheduling.
- Salon Coordination: Manage appointments, maintain equipment, and oversee salon operations.
- Technology and Efficiency: Master our scheduling software and website/booking operations and procedures to maximise efficiency.
- Team Support: Assist in general admin, social media admin, ordering, payroll, staff training and management, updating SOPs, and enforcing standards.
- Grooming Assistance: After expert, on-the-job training over time, prepare coats (bathing, drying, de-matting, etc.) to high standards to support groom team when required.

About the role:
Our Grooming Co-ordinator plays an essential role in maintaining exceptional salon operations and providing excellent client care. You’ll be key to ensuring smooth daily operations and an outstanding customer experience, reporting directly to our Head Groomer and Business Manager. No grooming experience is essential, but a willingness to learn more about grooming and be hands-on for basic coat preparation and assistance when required is expected.
