Melbourne Girls Grammar is seeking to appoint a passionate and highly skilled educator to join the Learning Enhancement & Support Team in the role of **Learning Enhancement & Support Co-ordinator** Years Prep to 4.

This role will assist in the co-ordination of programs to improve student outcomes, working closely with Learning Studio Teachers, Subject Specialists, and wellbeing staff across Years P-4 with a particular focus on the management of Tier 3 intervention programs for students requiring additional structure and support and developing staff expertise in Tier 2 intervention strategies.

In addition to this, the role will co-ordinate the collection and management of data necessary for the school’s NCCD requirements and co-ordinate and manage external Allied Health Professions who support students onsite.

You will work with parents to understand educational assessment tests such as cognitive ability tests and support implementation by overseeing the learning pathways of students to ensure that they feel respected in the classroom and capable of success.

Qualifications and experience in the area of Learning Support and enhancement are required for this position. This position works 0.40FTE (2 days per week). A full working day commences at 8.00am and finishes at 4.00pm. The rostered days of the week are negotiable with the Executive Director of Junior Years and Early Learning.

The notebook computer and our LMS are an integral part of the teaching and learning process at our School and it is expected teaching and learning will incorporate their use along with other technologies available to you. Knowledge and implementation of a variety of online and multimedia programs to support student learning is highly desirable.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- **Qualifications & Experience**- VIT registration (or eligibility), relevant degree (Master’s highly regarded), Learning Enhancement, Learning Support, and EAL/D Support.
- **Student Support & Intervention**- Expertise in evidence-based Tier 2 & 3 interventions, ILP development, and supporting diverse learning needs.
- **Data & Compliance**- Strong data analysis skills, experience with NCCD reporting, and maintaining assessment records.
- **Collaboration & Communication**- Proven ability to engage with staff, parents, and external specialists, and lead professional learning.
- **Child Safety & Wellbeing**- Commitment to child safety standards and inclusive practices for diverse student needs.
