Our client is an award-winning fashion & entertainment agency who are growing year on year. Culturally they pride themselves on being supportive, inclusive and hard-working as well as a nice social aspect.

Due to a period of growth, they are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join their team, reporting to the Financial Controller and supporting the Assistant Accountant.

**The Role**:
Your role as the Accounts Assistant will include but is not limited to:

- Maintaining the debtor ledger
- Building relationships with clients
- Generating invoices
- Chasing client payments
- Maintenance of vendor/supplier details
- Payroll data entry

After 12 months, you will be lodging the BAS and assisting in reporting such as cash flow, aged reporting and fixed assets.

**Your Background**:
To be considered for this role, you will possess most of the following attributes:

- 2-3 years minimum of experience in AR//invoicing
- Proactive personality
- Confident communicator
- Natural relationship builder
- High level of attention to detail
- Intermediate excel skills (vlookups, pivots)
- Willingness and eagerness to learn
