Our client, a growing global brand in the FMCG space, who are paving the way for a more sustainable and better for you approach to personal care. Due to continued growth in the team, there is an opportunity to step in to a newly created role in the team as the Assistant Brand Manager for ANZ, which will see you support in driving brand growth across ANZ.

**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Assistant Brand Manager will play a key role in supporting the brand within the ANZ with a focus on continuing to grow through ranging and targeting new consumers with new occasions and pack formats.

The role will see you work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate with global teams, with the opportunity to take ownership of your own projects including leveraging consumer and category insights to develop and execute brand and shopper campaigns to be executed into both grocery and pharmacy channels.

**About You**:

- Prior experience within FMCG or Consumer Goods brand or shopper marketing
- A willingness to learn, be proactive, and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong commercial acumen and consumer centric mindset
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think independently.
- Experience with Cartology or Citrus is ideal, but not essential
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar
