**The Client**:
Our client, a leading food business is seeking an experienced Assistant Brand Manager to join their high energy team and drive their brands forward to market.

This is a really exciting time for the business as you will be working closely with the Brand Manager and be responsible for leading projects across the marketing mix and building brand penetration and advocacy.

**The Role**:

The successful applicant will develop and implement brand plans to deliver business goals and brand vision. Responsibilities will include:

- Working with the manager the brand strategy and plan.
- Learn about P&L management and other marketing spend.
- New Product Development influence.
- Develop unique and creative campaigns which speak to the customer.
- Digital Marketing campaigns including all social media, content & copywriting
- Implement Retailer and Local Area Marketing programs
- Rolling out shopper activations
- Self-starter attitude and ability to run projects autonomously when needed
- Strong track record in broad project management and delivery to agreed timelines.

**Your Background**:

- Degree qualified in a business discipline
- Previous experience as an Assistant Brand Manager or similar
- Experience with digital marketing
- Enjoy taking a hands on approach and a problem solver
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, a natural ability to influence at all levels is critical
- Experience working in the FMCG of Food industry
- Experience of Wordpress very beneficial
