We currently have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Brand Manager to join our Marketing team on an initial 12-month contract to support the ongoing success of our chilled portfolio.

Reporting into the Senior Brand Manager - Chilled, you will be responsible for assisting in executing marketing strategies that build brand equity, deliver growth, and strengthen our position in the market. This is an exciting opportunity to work across iconic Australian brands and be part of a supportive, values-driven team.

Based in Derrimut, this role embraces a hybrid working model

What's the Scoop?

  • Support the development and execution of marketing plans and campaigns across the chilled portfolio.
  • Assist in managing annual business plans, budgets, and performance tracking against targets.
  • Lead and coordinate NPD (New Product Development) projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver impactful consumer promotions, media activity, and trade initiatives.
  • Contribute to monthly reporting, sales forecasting, and SKU reviews.
  • Manage marketing budgets, trade merchandise, and digital updates.
  • Support the coordination of samples for photo shoots, trade shows, and award submissions.

What You'll Bring:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similar
  • 1–2 years' experience in FMCG marketing or a similar fast-paced consumer goods environment highly regarded
  • Strong commercial acumen and an understanding of P&L management and data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • A proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for consumer brands and innovation.
