**The client**:
Our client is an owner tenant based in the CBD who are looking for a Junior Facilities Manager to join the team to assist in the management of a 3 building portfolio.

**Your role will include**:

- Assist the Facilities Manager with the management of all hard & soft services
- Assist in the delivery of capital works projects
- Manage and respond to work orders
- Liaise and monitor contractors
- Assist in the development of Facilities Management framework and procedures

**You will have**:

- Previous experience in Facilities Management
- Strong verbal and written communication
- A proactive attitude and strong focus on customer service
