JUNK is Australia's #1 home rubbish removal service.
Our aim is to make rubbish removal easy We come to you, with two men and a truck, and take away all of your JUNK, returning it to our facility for sorting and responsible recycling to minimise the impact on landfills.

Our JUNK team is looking for a motivated and passionate Sales Representative who has the ability to work autonomously, is experienced in the industry (preferred) and enjoys solving customer problems.

Reporting to the Business Owner, this role is based out of our facility in North Geelong. You will be responsible for all aspects of customer liaison including:

- Answering initial web and phone enquiries from customers who have expressed their interest in rubbish removal.
- Follow-up leads, quotes and enquiries with customers
- Proactive sales, marketing & lead generation
- Converting customer leads, enquiries, quotes into storage bookings
- Entering customer storage booking and personal details into our customer management system (CRM)
- Booking and job follow-ups including confirmations, service issues, feedback

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Enjoy and thrive on understanding customers’ needs and providing solutions
- Proven strong sales background in self storage or other phone/web based sales preferred
- Ability to stay positive and focused in a competitive and consultative environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Good data-entry and computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
