**Tasks and responsibilities**:
**- Policy and Procedure Development: Creating and Reviewing Customer Service Guidelines**

**- Operational Efficiency: Streamlining Call Centre Operations**

**- Leadership and Recruitment Support: Guiding and Assisting Team Members**

**- Staff Management and Development: Motivating and Training Customer Service Personnel**

**- After-Sales Services Planning: Enhancing Customer Satisfaction and Service Performance**

**- Interdepartmental Collaboration: Coordinating with Other Units and Customers**

**- Customer Relations Maintenance: Cultivating Strong Client Relationships**

**Qualification: Diploma**

**Experience
- **At least two years of relevant experience, preferable in a cleaning company.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Visa sponsorship

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Geelong, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
