Reporting directly to the Head of Finance and working closely with sales teams, the MDF coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end administrative process of managing, recording and claiming marketing development funds received by Arrow to execute Vendor and Arrow aligned marketing activities.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Administration of the marketing development funds (MDF) program - Arrow led and partner led programs.
- Have intimate knowledge of MDF program guidelines for each supplier.
- Process and record marketing activity invoices against the correct MDF activity code.
- Submit marketing activity invoices to accounts payable team for payment
- Collate and manage proof of cost and proof of execution records for MDF activities.
- Submit MDF fund claims via supplier marketing portals.
- Process and allocate MDF reimbursement funds from suppliers against the correct MDF activity code.
- Liaise with the supplier, Arrow vendor manager and Arrow marketing managers around the administration, tracking and execution of MDF activities.
- Provide month end reports to Head of Finance on marketing funds tracking sheet.
