Originating 13 years ago in Australia, Laser Clinics is the industry leader in non-invasive aesthetic treatments; Laser Hair Removal, Cosmetic Injections, Skin and Body treatments and skincare brands; Skinstitut and Skinstitut Expert.

The LCA business is a mix of company-owned and franchised business which are a 50/50 partnership between a Franchisee and LCA, which means we have a significant vested interest in the success of each clinic.

We have operations within Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and the United Kingdom, with ambitious plans for international expansion. With over 200 clinics globally, we are the market leading Aesthetics provider.

**As Marketing Manager, you will**:

- Lead Local Campaign Initiatives & National Calendar Promotions_
- Manage the execution of local campaign initiatives; from creative development to print production and delivery to clinics
- Manage and leverage the LAM portal as the basis in determining right clinic plan
- Give input into the development of assets and messaging for multi-clinic campaigns
- Own the CRM Calendar_
- Plan out educational and brand-focused eDM calendar in line with the Marketing calendar
- Support Social Media & PR Activity_
- Develop local content over and above global content as aligned with the social team and AU Marketing calendar
- Support the Head of Marketing with ideas and execution of PR strategy and press/influencer activity and events
- Weekly Reporting_
- Provide weekly updates on competitor activity and pricing
- Manage Stakeholder Relationships_
- Manage 1 direct report, Local Area Marketing Coordinator
- Expand and maintain cooperative relationships within the wider Group Marketing team, Franchisees, Cluster Managers and Clinic Managers

**About you**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and proven track record of marketing or local area marketing management
- Beauty and/or retail brand experience highly regarded
- Analytical ability and demonstration on initiative performance and business impact
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent communicator and ability to build rapport with stakeholders
