**The Role**

We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, creative, self-starter with a passion for all things marketing to join our team.

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to take on a full-time role supporting our network of Residential Aged Care Homes located across Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia and South Australia.

You will be a champion for the Allity | Bolton Clarke Brands and our customers. You will facilitate opportunities to increase our Residential Aged Care service’s market share and competitiveness by supporting our Homes in building enduring community relationships and brand awareness.

Allity is part of Bolton Clarke Group, Australia’s largest independent, not-for-profit provider of home care, retirement living and residential aged care.

**You will be responsible for**
- Coordinating and contributing to the development and production of high-quality marketing collateral and assets
- Support development and execution of local area marketing plans through to campaign development to achieve the business and marketing objectives.
- Brand custodianship and compliance across the business aligned to the Marketing Framework
- Tracking marketing and consumer data and prepare reports.
- Proactively supporting homes in the organisation and delivery of community engagement events
- General marketing administration duties
- Maintaining promotional materials and inventory
- Supporting website maintenance, social media activity and digital marketing campaigns
- Relationship management of internal and external stakeholders, agencies and other service providers

**Skills & Experience**
- 1+ year Marketing experience is preferred but not essential.
- Team player
- Thrives in an outcome driven environment.
- Readiness to provide hands-on support - nothing is too difficult.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extremely organised with acute attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Professionalism and confidence in a group environment
- Experience in digital marketing across Facebook, Digital Display and SEM plus tracking using Google Analytics and Facebook analytics would be considered favourably.
- Proficiency in Adobe Pro, Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint

**Essential Conditions**
- Police Check will be undertaken.
- May be required to travel intra or interstate with overnight stays (including weekends) on short notice.
- Driver’s licence required and own car preferred (to visit our Residential Aged Care Homes)
