**Position: Social Media Moderator**

**Location**: Sydney, Australia (Hybrid options available)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and moderate conversations across SBS social media channels to ensure a safe and respectful environment.
- Engage with our audience by responding to comments and queries in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with our content teams to optimise social media initiatives.
- Analyse user engagement data to suggest improvements and report on social trends.

**We’re Looking For Someone With**:

- A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of ethics in digital communication.
- Experience in social media moderation or digital customer service.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- A commitment to promoting human rights, diversity, and inclusion.
