**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute a hands-on, multi-channel social media strategy (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Own the content calendar: plan, brief, create, and schedule engaging posts, Reels, Stories, and videos that reflect brand tone and aesthetic.
- Manage day-to-day platform activities, including community management, DMs, and comment moderation to foster a warm, supportive environment.
- Lead content ideation and production, including styling shoots, behind-the-scenes, user-generated content, and customer stories.
- Coordinate influencer partnerships and collaborations, from outreach to execution and reporting.
- Oversee the creative aspect of paid social campaigns, such as generating creative assets
- Track, analyse, and report on KPIs: engagement, reach, growth, conversion, and campaign ROI—using insights to continually improve results.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand at the forefront of digital fashion.
**Desired Experience & Skills**
- 3+ years’ experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles (fashion, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
- Proven track record growing and engaging communities on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and Facebook.
- Strong content planning and copywriting skills; able to adapt brand voice for different platforms and audiences.
- Hands-on experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate influencer campaigns and partnerships.
- Experience with paid social campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest) with a focus on performance and ROI.
- Analytical mindset—comfortable with social analytics, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to balance creativity with executional speed.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
