**Job Title: Wireless Telecoms Construction Manager**
**Description**:
Our Client is looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join a fast-growing Telecommunications team. This position will be responsible for managing the construction of 5G wireless networks across the Southern Region, managing the project deliverables, customer engagement, and subcontractor relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the network roll-out for our client, responsible for contract fulfillment and profitability, ensuring that all products and services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements for the customer.
- Oversee the construction and integration of mobile base stations as part of large-scale deployment projects.
- Budgeting and forecasting to required levels of accuracy.
- Compile 'site make ready works' related guidelines and support tools.
- Work closely with regional teams to ensure delivery as per client's requirements.
- Fully understand the scope of work for any project or program.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the required quality.
- Oversee the procurement and development of all suitably qualified resources.
- Thoroughly understand all client head contract objectives/obligations and ensure they are fully administered/implemented.
- Validate and approve site build quotations received from contractors for a build scoped through FC drawings and Site Design Brief.
- Ensure project margins are maintained when assessing and approving costings.
- Challenge any incorrect claim received from contractors that doesn't match the agreed SORs and scope.
- Work within the project schedule to ensure Customer approval for site-specific budgets is obtained prior to commencement of site build activities.
- Convert variations into Customer agreed templates and pricing, ensuring Customer approval for final build.

**Requirements**:
- Minimum 6 years' experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Significant working experience in managing wireless telecommunication rollout projects.
- Strong technical and project deployment experience including SAED, SMR, and construction/civil works.
- Material Management experience including FIM/FIM, warehousing, consumables.
- Degree qualification in Engineering, Building, Property, or a related discipline is desired.
- Strong HS&E capabilities to safely manage high-risk activities such as crane lifts, deep excavations, and working in close proximity to public spaces.
- End-to-end management experience to facilitate a strong P&L outcome including project completions and acceptance.
- Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with proven results in meeting deadlines, budgeting, WHS, and quality assurance.
