This role will specifically be working on our Telstra Wireless projects.

**ABOUT YOU**
- **Safety & Compliance**- Lead by example in maintaining a Zero Harm culture, ensuring a safe work environment, and complying with industry standards.
- **Operations Management**- Oversee service delivery, set milestones, assign responsibilities, and ensure projects align with changing needs.
- **Project Management**- Develop methodologies, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality planning, scheduling, and execution of projects.
- **Communication & Stakeholder Engagement**- Facilitate meetings, provide project updates, and effectively communicate changes and improvements to stakeholders.
- **Financial Management**- Track and report on project costs, manage budgets, optimize revenue, and ensure financial compliance.
- **Leadership & Team Development**- Foster a culture of excellence, support career growth, drive innovation, and enhance team efficiency.
- **Client & Supplier Relations**- Build strong relationships, manage expectations, and seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
- **Regulatory & Compliance Oversight**- Ensure adherence to legal and organizational requirements while maintaining accurate documentation and reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil / Telecommunications Engineering or Equivalent
