Looking for a Program Manager from a Wireless or Network Background
- Training and leading a number of Hatted Scrum Masters | JIRA expert

**Key Information**:

- Daily Rate**:975** per day incl super
- At this stage we can't look at an increase in the daily rate however this role has longevity, so the rate is really healthy for the length and nature of the role

**About the role**:
This role is a unique opportunity for a Technical Program Manager with Strong Agile experience - the kicker? No Financial Management responsibility

This role will see you coordinate the delivery of a highly visible piece of work within an employer of choice in the telco space. This role largely revolves around the management and continuous coaching of Hatted Scrum Masters, Reporting (both in person and in written form), and essentially the leadership of a large, critical program of work in the wireless space.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Continuous coaching and mentoring of Hatted Scrum Masters for all missions - these Hatted Scrum Masters have other roles within the business but allocate part of their time to this project
- Preparation and presentation of progress reports on monthly basis to the Exec team
- Lead a program of work to ensure all the activities including Build, Planning, and Execution is on track.
- Work with the Product Owner to ensure the quarterly Telecom Minister’s report is prepared and submitted for review by Senior Execs and the Telecom Minister.
- Define and track all Objective and Key Results within each state’s mission/team, ensuring the reporting is completed and presented in the same manner across each team
- Leading the weekly Structure Report for Group Owners and Product Owners.

**About You**:

- You will come from a Hands-on Technical is either Wireless or Network Engineering
- We are looking for a strong communicator, who is confident communicating and updating Executive leadership, but also really strong in their reporting and associated communications
- You will be really strong with Agile methodology, and able to coach technical and project staff learning Agile from scratch
- This role will require a real command of Jira, and not just a basic understanding
- Comfortable with reporting, as this is a big part of the role
- Autonomous, self-starter
