**About the role**
We are looking for an office assistant with some knowledge of accounts to join our team. The ideal applicant needs to have excellent organisational skills, an exceptional eye for detail and accuracy. They should enjoy working in a small team environment as well as being able to work unsupervised.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Assisting in factory sales of fresh and frozen poultry products
Serving walk in customers
Answering phones, directing calls and taking accurate messages
Database management
General administration/office support
Accounts Receivable
Invoicing
Filing
Collecting and sending out mail
Skills & Experience Requirements
MYOB Experience (Must)
Strong time management & organisational skills
Microsoft Office experience
Excellent attention to detail
Professional phone manner
Ability to multi-task & willingness to learn
Strong commitment to customer service
Punctual and reliable
Monday to Friday (Casual - 3 days per week)
