**What You Will Do**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Assigned tickets to resolve in sustainment/support
- Provide Maintenance and support services - bug fixes/enhancements
- Engages with the customer to understand business requirements

**Experience/Knowledge/Competencies You Will Need**:

- Experience with Relational Database Fundamentals
- SQL (Data searching / manipulation and T-SQL scripting
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal - mandatory)
- Energetic self
- starter
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to be proactive while managing multiple priorities
- Ability to work both individually and collaboratively with a team

Strongly Preferred:

- Defence knowledge or previous experience with this sector
- SSRS
- Java
- IIS Server Configuration;
- SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 Administration;
- Windows Server Administration and Windows Networking (TCP/IP)
