Junior Technical Analyst

**Our client**
Our client is a statutory authority responsible for developing policies and initiatives that aim to reduce the impact of energy on the environment. As well as administering relevant legislation, our client is responsible for providing education and information on these initiatives, monitoring and enforcing compliance, collecting and analysing data and working with other law enforcement and regulatory bodies.

**The Role**
Icon Water requires a passionate and energetic Junior Technical Analyst to support staff transition to ways of working, focussing on systems and processes relating to Icon Waters' ICT environment which includes OT, Cloud and on premise based platforms.

Specific duties will include:

- Undertake technical analysis of technology components to assist with Architecture branch services.
- Where required, participate in project delivery activities to assist technical development and test teams through the development lifecycle.
- Assist with technical issues raised during various stages of project delivery, undertake analysis, troubleshoot and participate in remediate where required.
- Undertake activities to develop key project artefacts, such as Architecture and Design documents and drawings, assist with developing Enterprise Architecture

**Skills + Experience**
- Microsoft Cloud/AWS, Web Development, SaaS, PaaS
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent active listening skills and attention to detail
- Ability to produce high quality stakeholder communications
- Able to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and with mínimal supervision
- Experience working in a regulated utility
- Tertiary qualifications in IT, Business or related discipline
- Experience working in both traditional and Agile projects
- Project Management certification(s)
- Experience working in a regulated utility
